- I need to be present - I request that I be present during entry to the rental premises during repairs. Please call me to schedule the work. I recognize that this request may delay completion of the repairs. I also recognize that certain repairs require multiple entries to my rental premises and I agree to cooperate with scheduling these entries.
- I do not need to be present: I do not need to be on premises for work to be completed and give the repair person permission to enter in my absence (Somebody will still contact you ahead of time to verbally authorize this choice)
