East West Urban Management provides a wide range of maintenance services, and we’re available to assist residents seven days a week. From building maintenance to grounds keeping, we are determined to maintain our properties at a superior level. We also offer the following maintenance services:

If you need maintenance service, simply stop by our office at 1610 Raven Street, Suite 125 between the hours of 8:00 am - 6:00 pm Monday through Friday and 9:00 am - 6:00 pm Saturday and Sunday, or call 720-904-6904, or email frontdesk@eastwestum.com. Our front desk staff will promptly schedule a service time that’s convenient for you.
